To keep consumer costs down, the cake jars are shipped with frozen gel packs via FedEx Express or UPS! We prefer if our clients selected UPS at checkout. Any damages that may occur while in transit, due to mishandling or roughhousing should be addressed to UPS, as I CAN NOT control how your cake is handled once it leaves my possession.
NO PARCEL LOCKERS!! Please do NOT have your cake delivered to a parcel locker, as it will likely be placed on its side for an extended period of time resulting in your cake settling to one side of the jar.
