I love whipped cream, but I love it more on my cake! Whipped Cream looks intimidating however it’s one of the most simple recipes you will ever work with. For clarity, I used a specialty brand vanilla extract that has traces of vanilla bean intensifying the taste. It takes less than 15 minutes to make this cream.
1 Pint of Heavy Cream or Heavy Whipping Cream
2 Tablespoons of Vanilla Extract
1 Immersion stick or handheld mixer
1 stainless steel or ceramic bowl
You can refrigerate the whipped cream for up to 7 days covered with a lid.
