Aditi’s chocolates are inspired by her Indie background. The curry chutney jam filling is to die for! She creates customized chocolates to your liking. Aditi and her partner embarked on this confectionery dream opening their doors in March of 2012. I had the honor of taking one of Aditi’s chocolate making classes at the Cook and Go Culinary Studio during New York City’s Food and Wine Festival. “I have nine years of experience as a culinary chef. I graduated from the French Institute and the Glion Institute in Switzerland. I began studying savory first but I missed the sweet side of the industry. I traveled to France where I studied the art of chocolate making for three years. In 2012, I decided to open my shop”.
Renaming the company in September of 2012, Tache Artisan Chocolate made its debut as the chocolate caterer for The New York City Ballet Fall Gala Honoring Valentino. Guests included Anne Hathaway, Barbara Walters, Martha Stewart, Sarah Jessica Parker, Anjelica Huston, Domenico Dolce, Stefano Gabbana, and of course Valentino. Later in November 2012, Tache again graced the presence of Martha Stewart, catering her benefit gala.
